I’ll Make You Feel is a song I wrote with the idea of James Taylor’s Handyman in mind.

Handyman is about a guy who is by all accounts, a schmuck.

He tells women to send all their friends to him and he will fix their broken hearts.  Really, we know, he will sleep with them.  He’s saying, I’ll sleep with you and all your friends.

"He is the main thing I want to say… I’m busy 24 hours a day" - really….

The song is universally thought of as romantic.  I wanted to write a song about the same guy.

I take awhile to intro the song and you get to hear the sound of kids running around the yard.  Just a part of the outdoor house concert experience…

Had discussions with a few different songwriters over the past couple of days.  Then yesterday, I met with Doug Welch again to discuss new media’s business value.
